 Policy Of Hijab In France



Islamic Scarf (Hijab) was forbidden in France law. The history in this law was when three female student were suspended for refusing to remove their scarves in a class room in 1989. This led to Islamic scarf controversy in France. Therefor, to principal political that have emerged are the complete principal of secularism as an element of freedom, and an abandonment of the principal of secularity for the benefit of total religious freedom. In Franc, wearing of hijab is relatively recent phenomenon that is as its  core a general movement to traditional values of communities from Muslim countries.
